YOUR CUSTOMER INFORMATION
A valid copy of your Resale Certificate must be on file. We are not able to process orders until it is received. When placing an order, please verify that the billing and shipping addresses are current, and notify us immediately with any changes. Always include phone and fax numbers (if applicable), and email address.

Prices are per piece, and are subject to change without notice.
HOW TO ORDER

ORDER CONFIRMATION
Crowder Designs will fax, mail, or email all order confirmations. Please review carefully to make changes or corrections, then sign and fax your confirmation back to us at 336.887.5667. Your order will not be entered into production until we receive your signed confirmation. Please note that if we have discussed a shipping date, it may change if your confirmation is not received on the same day.
RESTOCKING
No restockable items may be returned after 30 days from the date of shipping. There is a 25% restocking fee for finials, except for glass finials, which cannot be returned. Special finish orders, chandeliers, rods and sconces are not returnable.
CANCELLATION
Cut rods must be paid in full. Your order may not be cancelled after the finishing process has begun. A restocking fee would apply to any portion of the order in process.
LEAD TIME
Our drapery hardware is custom-made and finished by our artisans at our studio in High Point, North Carolina. Normal turnaround is about 3 to 4 weeks. We are happy to talk with you about a rush order, during non-peak periods. Please give us a call to discuss your project to confirm availability, and possible rush charges.
FINISHES
All products are available unfinished. We also offer painted, leaf, custom and special order finishes. Special orders allow you to specify paint colors from most paint manufacturers. There is a nominal additional cost for the paint, plus 10% for your order. Our artisans finish each piece, and some slight variation from the finishes shown on our website and in our catalog are possible.
FINIALS
Our finials are reproduced from original antique pieces. All are custom finished, so color may vary slightly. Pole sizers are available in matching finishes.
SHIPPING & FREIGHT
UPS delivers most orders, however some items may be shipped by USPS at your request. Shipments that exceed UPS size limits will be shipped by freight. To ship long rods, crating may be required, and a crating charge will apply. All shipping is paid by the customer.
PAYMENT
Your first three orders are pro-forma, using check, Visa, Mastercard or American Express. After your first three orders you may apply for credit by filling out a credit application.
MEMO SAMPLES
We are happy to send you memo sample finials and color chips. A finishing charge will apply to finished finial samples. All memo samples are charged to your account or credit card immediately. Upon return to us of the sample, you will be credited an equal amount if the item is in good saleable condition. Please return your insured samples within 14 days of receipt.
REQUEST A CATALOG
Order our color catalog and price list for a refundable $25, plus applicable shipping. We will credit $25 to your first order.
